Penerbitan ini mengumpulkan beberapa resipi yang menggunakan lada sebagai bahan penting dalam adunan-adunan dan masakan-masakan terpilih. Buku resipi ini diterbitkan sempena Pelancaran Kempen Penggunaan Lada oleh Y.B Datuk Seri Sanusi Junid, Menteri Pertanian Malaysia di Kuching, Sarawak pada 30hb April 1992 pada ketika itu. PEPPER MARKET BULLETIN (Issue Oct-Dec 07)

Black pepper at the local market showed downwards trend in the last quarter of 2007. Market remained quiet, business transacted in the market was reportedly sluggish. Depleting stocks in the hands of exporters coupled with low overseas’ demand contributed to the dull situation. Strong Malaysian Ringgit against US dollars forced offers higher and this in turn had made the local pepper uncompetitive. Sellers, consequently, has had to drop prices. Opening at RM9280/tonne in October, black pepper prices dropped further to end the quarter at RM8240/tonne in late December.
