SARASPICE PRODUCTS

NATURALLY CLEAN BLACK PEPPERCORNS

Freshly harvested pepper berries are blanched and mechanically dried to retain the natural aroma of black pepper and also keep microbial counts at a very low level. Available in 100g (product code - BP4), 2OOg (BP3), 5OOg (BP2), and 1 kg (BP1) packs.

CREAMY WHITE PEPPERCORNS

The best grade of Sarawak white pepper that has an even creamy white appearance and uniform sized berries is made available in small packs of 100g (product code - WP4), 200g (WP3), 500g (WP2) and 1 kg (WP1) packs.

GROUND BLACK AND WHITE PEPPER

This fine ground black and white pepper is 100% pure pepper. It is grind from black and white peppercorns which have been steam sterilized so that as much as possible of the volatile oil is retained to give the penetrating aroma. Available in 50g (WP4G), 2OOg(WP3G), 5OOg (WP2G) and lkg(WP1G)packs.

 

PEPPER GIFTS FROM SARAWAK

(a) Sarawak Pepper (150g black or white peppercorns) packed in attractive paper gift box (product code-WP5 and BP5).

(b) Clear acrylic pepper grinder filled with 50gm of Sarawak White or Black
Peppercorns (product code-PGW and PGB).

(c) Pepper Sweets - a minty sweet with a hint of pepper pungency towards the
end to give the extra "kick". Available in 15 pieces paper pack
(product code-SW1), 30 pieces PET plastic jar(SW3) and 500g plastic bag
pack(SW4).

(d) Pepper-flavoured fish and prawn crackers (keropok ikan & udang berperisa lada hitam) are appetizing TV snack. Available in the dried, uncooked form in 250g packets. Cooking instruction comes with the packet (product code-KUR).

Malaysian Pepper Board has a Product Development Division that is always researching and developing new pepper products to provide pepper enthusiasts with a wider range of uses. In the pipeline are green pepper sauce, black pepper sauce, and garlic-pepper and lemon-pepper blends.
