NATURALLY CLEAN BLACK PEPPERCORNS

Freshly harvested pepper berries are blanched and mechanically dried to retain the natural aroma of black pepper and also keep microbial counts at a very low level. Available in 100g (product code - BP4), 2OOg (BP3), 5OOg (BP2), and 1 kg (BP1) packs.

CREAMY WHITE PEPPERCORNS

The best grade of Sarawak white pepper that has an even creamy white appearance and uniform sized berries is made available in small packs of 100g (product code - WP4), 200g (WP3), 500g (WP2) and 1 kg (WP1) packs.

GROUND BLACK AND WHITE PEPPER

This fine ground black and white pepper is 100% pure pepper. It is grind from black and white peppercorns which have been steam sterilized so that as much as possible of the volatile oil is retained to give the penetrating aroma. Available in 50g (WP4G), 2OOg(WP3G), 5OOg (WP2G) and lkg(WP1G)packs.
